Santa Monica Brew Works is an adaptive reuse of a 10,000 square foot Los Angeles Times newspaper distribution facility into a new commercial brewery of handcrafted beers.

The focus of the project was the brewery system itself and integrating it into the existing building infrastructure.

The accessory areas, including a tasting area, lounge/meeting room, and offices, were designed to provide comfortable spaces for customers and staff, while showcasing the large stainless steel brew tanks in the background.
