Challenged with a very limited budget to renovate this 3,500 square foot industrial building into inspiring creative offices, FoundationAC created a straightforward design solution for adding four new offices, a kitchenette, and simple improvements to the existing mezzanine spaces. The new offices were framed with exposed heavy wood framing members and then in-filled with black-anodized aluminum storefront glazing to accentuate the industrial character of the space.
