Arsenal FX, a visual effects and post production company, needed a new Los Angeles office and liked the feel of a clean contemporary design within an old industrial building. After the dense labyrinth of previous tenant improvements were removed, a new spacious layout of edit bays, private offices, and open work areas, with a large central gathering space, was realized.

FoundationAC worked closely with the creative team at Arsenal FX, making incremental adjustments during construction, to make sure the final design worked exactly per their requirements.
