This project is a conversion of a 25,000 square foot industrial building into a creative office space capable of servicing multiple tenants.
Phase 1: Interior demolition and site improvements, including new parking layout and landscaping.
Phase 2: Opening up the tilt-up concrete exterior wall panels to install new large industrial steel sash windows and entry doors, relocating the existing 5,000 sq. ft. mezzanine to the center of the building, providing new bathrooms and kitchens, and creating a communal outdoor patio.
