This group of 4 adjacent buildings, totaling 20,000 sq.ft., was in desperate need of exterior and interior improvements. FoundationAC was hired to do both the architecture and construction work.

Following the owner’s request that the new design serve to unify the buildings into a harmonious campus, we quickly prepared a master design plan which uses a consistent palate of materials and design elements. This simple design approach was not only cost effective, but worked to integrate the buildings architecturally, while allowing flexibility to enhance each building’s unique design features.
