Jefferson Palms is a large creative office campus in West LA, consisting of adjacent 3 buildings, containing 150,000 square feet, with 19 tenant spaces. For the past three years, FoundationAC has worked closely with the owners to provide a wide range of architectural services. From interior tenant improvements to exterior patios, signage to clerestory/skylights, parking kiosks to kitchenettes, we approach each individual design as an opportunity to improve the campus as a whole.
